AllianceOne was formed in March of 1999 through the simultaneous acquisition and merger of five established and well-regarded national, regional and market-specific receivables management companies.

Executive Air Support, Inc.

Executive Air Support, Inc. was the parent company of Atlantic Aviation a full-service provider of support services to the general aviation industry throughout North America. Atlantic Aviation owns and operates a network of fixed base operators ("FBOs") that provide fuel, hangar services, flight line support services, aircraft maintenance and aircraft brokerage services to business aircraft operators. Executive Air Support, Inc. was sold to Macquarie Infrastructure Company Trust in July, 2004.

Gatehouse Alarm Company

Gatehouse Alarm Company was established to take advantage of a unique opportunity in the residential alarm industry. Through a network of independent sales agents, Gatehouse purchased non-traditional alarm monitoring contracts in the states of PA, NJ, DE and MD. From its founding in April, 2003, Gatehouse grew to over 2,500 customers before its combination with Connective Home, Inc. in December, 2005 to form Connective Holdings, LLC.

Tri-State Alarm, LLC

Broomall, PA

Tri-State Alarm, LLC markets security alarm installation and monitoring services primarily to residential customers in the tri-state area of southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware. Tri-State Alarm was sold to Security Networks, West Palm Beach, FL, in July, 2005.
