Cindy joined Gatehouse Ventures with a diversified background not only in general and manufacturing accounting, but in conversion and utilization of integrated computer systems. Prior to joining Gatehouse, she was the Corporate Controller for Treadways Corporation, East Norriton, where she was responsible for financial consolidation reporting, accounting and computer conversion. Previous to this experience, Cindy served as the Controller for Franke, Inc., North Wales, where she handled accounting, inventory, board presentations and computer conversion.

Ms. Romanet received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Francis University.
