David C. Jorgensen

Dave arrived at Gatehouse Ventures with over 10 years of senior financial management experience. In previous positions, Dave was directly responsible for over-seeing investor negotiations/relations, raising funds to support growth, and establishing strategic operating and financial initiatives for domestic and international start-up companies.

Most recently, he served as CFO of Lightship Telecom, LLC, a regional CLEC serving small-to-medium size companies in New England. Before joining Lightship, Dave was Vice President and Controller of Triton Cellular Partners, L.P. where he was responsible for accounting operations and due diligence/financial integration for acquisitions. Prior to Triton, he held various finance and accounting roles at Verizon, culminating as Vice Chairman of the Board and CFO of a Central European wireless Joint Venture in which Verizon held an interest.

Mr. Jorgensen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
