Mr. Gross is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Connective Holdings, LLC, Brookhaven, PA, a low voltage wiring provider to many of the tri-state's largest builders. Ken has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate, franchise operations and security services industries. He is the President of Kenneth Gross Investment Group, Concordville, PA, that owns and manages 30 commercial properties on the Main Line, Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia.
Ken currently has ownership in several franchise operations including, Party Land, Plymouth Meeting, PA, with 220 party stores nationally. Mr. Gross is a partner in Sweet Lily's Desserts, Pennsauken, NJ, a wholesale manufacturer of brownies and cheesecakes sold exclusively through distribution. He was a former area developer of Freedom Rings, Folcroft, PA, responsible for bringing the Krispy Kreme stores to the Philadelphia region.
His experience in the security services industry dates back to 1977 when he was the original founder and president of Tri-State Alarm, LLC, Broomall, PA. The company was sold to Security Link, Orange, CT, in 1989. Mr. Gross re-entered the industry in 1999 and started another Tri-State Alarm company by reincorporating under the same name. Tri-State Alarm was sold to Security Networks, West Palm Beach, FL, in July, 2005. Ken is a partner in Connect America, Broomall, PA, a provider of medical alert systems to seniors throughout the U.S.
Ken serves on the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware County, the Foundation Board, Bloomsburg University, in addition to formerly serving on the Board of Trustees for Lankenau Hospital. Mr. Gross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University.
